Description: As part of the continuing upgrade to the network, outages are scheduled to upgrade equipment, software and links.

Core routers used in relation to Dialup connectivity will be upgraded during this window. Downtime is expected to be less than 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes.

Services will be restored once the upgrade is complete.

Update Scheduled Outage - Dial Up core routers - completed (09/02/2005 0:48am)
The upgrade scheduled for the window of 12am to 12:30am has been completed. Full services restored at 12:35am

Description: Issues have been identified in the Dialup services affecting users ability to connect.

Engineers are currently working on the situation to restore services to normal as soon as possible.
Update Dialup services fully restored (09/02/2005 21:10pm)
The network engineers have completed works to solve the issue and all systems have been tested and found to be working correctly.

No more outages are expected in relation to this matter.
Update Further outage - 5:15pm 10/2 (11/02/2005 12:22pm)
Services were interrupted for a 20 minute period due to service failure. This was rectified.

All servers are now working as they should, we appologise for any difficulties experienced in the last 48 hours.
The mail server run by the network we are attached to was experiencing difficulties and now after extensive re-programming seems to be ok, they assure us they have a backup server standing by in case the problem persist .
